The City Reservoir is also known as Buckskinner Lake and is located in Buckskinner Park.

Arizona is filled with scenic vistas and great family-friendly parks, and the Buckskinner Park in Williams is a part of this collection. The park is open every day to visitors to the area. There are two picnic armadas in the park, as well as barbecue pits, a volleyball court and a basketball court, and horseshoe pits. This makes the park a great destination for those hosting a family outing or just looking for a great place to hang out with friends and enjoy the warm Arizona sun. The lake inside of the park is stocked with fish and fishing is allowed. There are several trails throughout the area for which the park serves as the trailhead. There are bathroom facilities in the park that are open seasonally and fire rings allow visitors to camp and keep warm while staying in the park. Entering the park is free and the park is handicapped accessible. The town of Williams is located about 60 miles from the Grand Canyon. The southern point of the Grand Canyon Railway runs along Williams and provides lodging options for those visiting the canyon. The town is surrounded by the Kaibab National Forest, as well as the Bill Williams Mountain area, the man for whom the town was named.
