Corn Hill is a historic district in the town of Truro located on the western shore of Cape Cod Bay. According to legend, it was the site of the first encounter between the Pilgrims and the Native Americans in 1620 when the former discovered a cache of corn that they desperately needed. The hill was named after this event, and a monument was erected in 1920 to commemorate the 300th anniversary.
Corn Hill is located on Perry Road in Truro.
