Often (but not always) there is a portable outhouse by Eph Pond. The pond itself is not accessible to the public for activities such as fishing, however, there is a paved trail surrounding the pond that provides several viewing opportunities from a distance. The paved trails surrounding the pond are wheelchair friendly.

Eph Pond and Cole Field are on Stetson Road on the Williams College campus.

Cole Field is home to Williams College men’s and women’s soccer fields, the softball field, men’s and women’s rugby field, and Bobby Coombs Baseball Field. Alongside the baseball and softball fields are batting cages and pitching areas. Another space is used by the golf team as a driving range.
