Is approximately 28 acres, and has four athletic fields and a parking area that can accommodate up to 95 vehicles.
There are two hay fields in the rear of the property bordered by fencing that are currently hayed by a local farmer and have the potential to be developed into additional athletic fields in the future. During the haying season, the hay fields are off-limits.
The property also has walking trails leading to trails on conservation land owned by Essex County Greenbelt to the east, and a pond for irrigation of the fields.
