Topsfield Fairgrounds consists of saturated grasslands that attract good numbers of shorebirds, especially during the autumn migration. The highlight of this hotspot is Pectoral Sandpipers which are found semi-annually.
The Topsfield Fairgrounds are located on US-1 south of Topsfield. Shorebirds can be viewed from the parking lot of this hotspot when the fairgrounds are not in use. Port-a-potty restrooms are occasionally available.
