This hotspot is located at the town hall in Rowe, Massachusetts which is on Zoar Road. This hotspot's primary purpose is to monitor a population of Cliff Swallows that inhabit the area in the summertime. While the hotspot was primarily set up for the Cliff Swallows, it has a diverse range of habitat features that make it great for seeing all different types of birds. There is a small pond and stream directly at the town hall, and within walking distance are mature forests, shrubby thickets/forest edge habitat, and a few small lawns that can be productive for sparrows.
