Beaver Brook North Reservation is a part of the Beaver Brook Reservation, a public recreation area managed by the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation. The north section covers 254 acres and crosses the borders of Waltham, Lexington and Belmont. It was acquired from the former Metropolitan State Hospital property in 2004. 

Beaver Brook Reservation is 59 acres of open fields and woodlands. The ponds and waterfall make the park’s north section a delightful place for a walk or picnic. The south section features athletic fields, a spray deck, and more
