The Hudson Community Garden is a volunteer-run, organic community garden where residents can grow vegetables, herbs, flowers, and fruits. The garden was established in 2010 by a group of volunteers who wanted to promote local food production, environmental awareness, and social interaction. The garden has 40 plots that are rented annually for a nominal fee. The garden is open to visitors from dawn to dusk.
