Sedge Meadow Conservation Land is open to the public for hiking, birdwatching, photography, and nature study. The property has a network of trails that connect to adjacent conservation lands, creating a large green corridor for wildlife and people. The trails are marked with signs and blazes, and maps are available at the trailhead and online. The conservation land is accessible from Old Connecticut Path, where there is a small parking area. Visitors are asked to respect the natural resources, follow the rules of the property, and carry out trash.
Sedge Meadow Conservation Land is managed by the Town of Wayland.
