Roosevelt Park, 7 acres, is owned by the Town of Blackstone. The park was developed with the assistance of federal funds during the early stages of the New Deal. The facility, on the Blackstone River, is located behind the town’s municipal complex, off Saint Paul Street. It is named in honor of President Franklin D. Roosevelt.
