Prescott Farm Environmental Education Center is a nonprofit organization that is committed to environmental education and preservation.

Prescott Farm is dedicated to providing year-round environmental education programs for all ages and a place in the Lakes Region community that encourages curiosity, discovery, fun, and connection to the natural world.

Since 1997 the organization has helped awaken an appreciation for nature and concern for the environment in thousands of program participants with a wide range of programs designed to preserve and pass down knowledge and skills that encourage an understanding of the natural systems that sustain all and respect for the environment.

Prescott Farm has three main trails:
Forest Trail (blazed yellow) which is about 1/2 mile long and loops around the Samuel P. Pardoe Building through the woods;
Pond Loop Trail (blazed blue) which is about 1 mile long and follows the perimeter of the property to our wooded pond;
Sugar Trail (blazed red) which goes through our sugar bush area to the Sugarhouse.

A new connector trail (blazed orange) goes from the SPP Building southwest to the Pond Loop Trail.

Field Paths: In the summer, we mow a walking path around the “Lower Fox Field” (between the SPP Building and the gardens) and around the big field across White Oaks Road from the farmhouse.
