There is no designated parking spot for this hotspot in Rhode Island. See the AllTrails link in Notable Trails for information on access and parking. The trail through Killingly Pond Wildlife Management Area tends to pool up with water, especially after periods of heavy rainfall; come prepared with waterproof shoes/boots. Much of the trail near Old Snake Hill Road in Chepachet, Rhode Island runs close to private property that is not always clearly marked; please be cautious and don't do anything that might upset nearby landowners.
Killingly Pond Management Area covers a total land area of 396 acres. The area is primarily in forested cover types (deciduous 113 acres, evergreen 180 acres), with wetlands covering the balance of the acreage.
