The run of blocks and rocks is one of four walls that make the Harbor Of Refuge for the Port of Galilee and is on the Jerusalem (west) side.

The west wall runs southerly and parallel to the short wall which juts just south on the Galilee side. It’s 3,640 feet with a tight bend to the southeast then a subtle return a bit more southerly. The best entrance is from the state beach.
