About Perkins Pier
Perkins Pier Marina is a seasonal boater marina, located at the base of Maple Street in Burlington Harbor. Perkins Pier can accommodate small boats up to 26’ on our docks and boats up to 32’ on our moorings. The site has many public amenities, including restrooms, a playground, and ample parking.

Perkins Pier is a unique urban stop on the Lake Champlain Paddler’s Trail.

Perkins Pier is the home port for Maritime Museum’s Lois McClure, a replica of an 1862 canal schooner. The museum also offers day camp programming and a waterside maritime history exhibit underneath the tent.
