Jericho Underhill Land Trust received 280 acres of working farmland and forest from the Snyder Companies in 2005. The land trust donated a conservation easement to the Vermont Land Trust. Over 75 acres are leased to local farmer Paul Mazza for fruit and vegetable growing.
To access, please use the small parking area with the split rail fence just before the first Wingate Development house on the left.
Pedestrian trails are enjoyed year-round, along with a Vermont Association of Snow Travelers (VAST) trail during the winter. This property offers a spectacular view of Mount Mansfield and Camels Hump and is found just off Skunk Hollow Road on Tyler Place in Jericho.
