Ellis Town Forest is a 38-acre parcel of land located off Reservoir Road in Randolph. It offers scenic views of the southern landscape, as well as a walk among ferns and maples. The forest is open to the public for picnicking, hiking, and camping, as long as visitors respect the natural environment and leave no trace. The forest is part of the town's drinking water and fire prevention system, so access may be restricted during certain times of the year. Ellis Town Forest is one of the five town forests in Randolph that provide recreational and educational opportunities for residents and visitors. You may enter the property by car and park only along the roadway.
