Echo Lake is part of a chain of three lakes connected by the Black River along the Plymouth-Ludlow town line. The lake covers about 104 acres and has a maximum depth of 66 feet. Echo Lake is adjacent to Camp Plymouth State Park. Echo Lake is a popular destination for swimming, boating, fishing, kayaking, and wildlife viewing.
